The confrontation between the Opposition and the Election Commission is set to intensify as Rahul Gandhi and INDIA bloc leaders plan to march to the Supreme Court over alleged electoral roll irregularities and demand accountability from Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Congress has sought an appointment with Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, but sources say the CJI has declined to meet the delegation, citing the sub judice nature of the issue.
